These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the compuute.io website as well as our associated products, solutions and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our Services.

compuute.io offers technological solutions, artificial intelligence (AI) products, simulation tools, as well as AI consulting services, data engineering and data analysis.

Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • software platforms (e.g.: DocSimulator),
  • automated tools,
  • creation or customization of content via AI,
  • technical or strategic advice,
  • training or support services.

The specific characteristics of each Service may be defined in contracts, quotes, commercial proposals or separate agreements.

2. Service Access Conditions

To access certain Services, it may be necessary to:

  • create a user account,
  • provide accurate and up-to-date information,
  • have the necessary rights to use the content provided,
  • comply with the usage rules described in these Terms.

We may refuse access to a user if their activities compromise the security, stability or integrity of our Services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • use our Services legally and in accordance with these Terms;
  • not disrupt, alter or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
  • not use our Services to create, distribute or promote illegal, harmful, discriminatory, defamatory or fraudulent content;
  • ensure that the data, files and content provided do not infringe the rights of third parties;

You are responsible for any activity performed under your account.

4. Consulting Commitments and Contractual Relations

When a consulting service or specific development is provided, it is subject to:

  • a separate agreement,
  • a purchase order,
  • or a commercial proposal.

These documents specify in particular:

  • the scope,
  • the deliverables,
  • the obligations of the parties,
  • the deadlines,
  • the remuneration,
  • confidentiality,
  • usage rights.

In case of conflict between these documents and these Terms, specific agreements prevail.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, compuute.io, its licensors or partners hold all rights to:

  • source code and software,
  • interfaces,
  • AI models,
  • functionalities,
  • databases,
  • documentation,
  • graphic elements and logos,
  • content generated by our tools (unless contractually transferred to the client).

You receive only a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of useto use the Services in accordance with your contract or subscription.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, redistribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

6. Data, Confidentiality and Privacy Protection

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our site.

By using our Services, you certify that:

  • you have the legal authority to provide the data you transmit to us;
  • the data does not violate any rights;
  • you comply with obligations relating to the protection of personal data.

compuute.io is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.

7. User-Generated Content

If you upload, create or submit content via our Services:

  • you remain the owner of your content,
  • you grant us a limited use license to enable the operation of the Services (e.g.: processing, simulation, display),
  • you guarantee that this content does not infringe any third party rights.

We may suspend or remove any content contrary to our Terms, applicable law or dangerous to our systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Within the limits authorized by law:

  • compuute.io cannot be held responsible for indirect, special, unforeseen, consequential or punitive damages;
  • we do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted or completely secure;
  • any decision made based on AI analysis, recommendations or processing is the client's responsibility.

Our Services provide assistance tools, not legally binding automated decisions.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's access:

  • in case of violation of these Terms;
  • in case of illegal or abusive use of the Services;
  • in case of risk to the security or integrity of the system;
  • in case of prolonged inactivity.

In case of termination, obligations relating to intellectual property, confidentiality and limitation of liability remain applicable.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site, accompanied by the update date.

By continuing to use the Services, you accept the revised Terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the jurisdiction of compuute.io's registered office, unless otherwise provided by law.
